The Worthington Village Green is the current heart of the town. This area is where you’ll find many unique boutique stores, such as The Candle Lab, a farmers’ market on the weekends, and community events throughout the year. Old Worthington hosts many fantastic festivals, such as the Worthington Art Festival, Market Day, and concerts on the Green. When there’s no special event going on, you can stroll slowly through the tree-lined streets or relax on a park bench.

Art lovers will appreciate an afternoon spent at the Peggy R. McConnell Arts Center of Worthington, where many of the city’s popular artists put on shows. In addition to art galleries, there is a theater that features a range of concerts and plays throughout the year.

Another one of our favorite places to shop is at the Shops at Worthington Place, which you can reach with a short walk from our low vision eye doctor’s office. And when hunger bites, you can pick up something to eat at one of the diverse cafes, such as at Aladdin’s Eatery, Cookie Dough Creamery, and Piada Italian Street Food.
